| In 1970, The Illinois High School State Cross Country Meet was moved to its current |
| site at Detweiller Park, Peoria Illinois. In 1971, the course was changed to its |
| current distance of 3 miles. In 2003, modifications were made to the course. |
| The following is a listing of all runners who have run 15:00 or faster |
| at the State Meet at Detweiller Park in Peoria. |
